It does not really belong there, because it does not fit into a chapter where the method should only be explained.

On the other hand it allows for a better understanding of the method and why it is important.

The only other place it would fit is probably the chapter about Implications of Tracking (provided there is a matching subsection on Facebook or Explicit Authentication).
