Deleted the paragraph on page one because it was elaborating on the sentence
before it and is therefore unnecessary additional information.
Revised equation 2 because input and output types did not match. The cost of a
project is now weighted with the degree of completion. This assumes a linear
relationship between the cost and the degree of completion.
On page 4 the input that can be represented is elaborated on, giving the two
possibilities 'projects' and 'voters'.
On page 5 the 'e' in the approximation algorithm is changed to an epsilon and a
description of the parameter is provided for clarity.
On page 6 unfortunate wording is corrected where Limit Monotonicity is not
applicable when one project has exactly the cost of the revised budget limit.
Instead, limit monotonicity assumes that no project that might become affordable
and provide a higher satisfaction exists.
